Friends of St. Andrew

Friends of St. Andrew, aims to develop the network of wider interest in this Arts & Crafts Church, and is in process of being formed. A twice yearly bulletin will  contain details of special events, short articles about the building, news of restoration projects and activities and news about the life and witness of the Church.

Friend of St. Andrew's will be launched on Wednesday 15th July 2009, when Kate Adie and other patrons will be present. For further details contact the Parish Office.

St. Nicholas' Day Toy Service

On Sunday 6th December wrapped Christmas gifts for children will be presented at the 9.30am Family Eucharist. These presents, new and nearly-new, labelled according to age and gender, will be given to poor and disadvantaged children. Many of these Christmas gifts will be given by children themselves, but there is opportunity too for adults to share in this small expression of generosity. It is in part helping children to think about generous giving as well as the expectations of getting.

Christmas at Home Concert

Songs by Together in Harmony, readings for Christmas, carols, mulled wine and mince pies.  The proceeds are for Church Funds, and tickets are available at the Parish Office 0191 5160135.
